Maximum blood pressure
It is the pressure that blood vessels receive when the heart contracts to pump blood, which is called ‘systolic blood pressure’.
Minimum blood pressure
It is the pressure exerted on the blood vessels when blood returns to the heart, which is called ‘diastolic blood pressure’.
Average blood pressure
It is the median between systolic and diastolic blood pressure. (Value obtained by adding 1/3 of the difference between systolic and diastolic blood pressure to diastolic blood pressure)
Pulse rate
It indicates the number of beats per minute of the heart.
Heart burden
It is a value by multiplying systolic blood pressure by pulse rate, which indicates the burden of the heart. (Heart burden is a reference value, not a measured one.)
