Definition of blood pressure
Blood pressure is the pressure exerted on the walls of blood vessels when the blood pumped out by the heart flows through them.
Blood pressure plays a role in circulating blood so that oxygen and nutrients that our body needs can be supplied to each part of our body,
so if blood is not circulated, the body cannot function properly.
Systolic blood pressure
(maximum blood pressure)
The pressure exerted on the blood vessels when
the heart contracts and pumps blood,
which represents the highest level of blood pressure.
Diastolic blood pressure
(minimum blood pressure)
The pressure at which the heart is full of blood,
which represents the lowest level of blood pressure.
Launched Korea’s first automatic electronic blood pressure monitor for hospitals
ACCUNIQ (formerly Jawon Medical) developed a fully automatic blood pressure monitor (model name: FT-300S, FT-200S) for hospital use for the first time in Korea in 1996. FT-300S, FT-200S)
ACCUNIQ's technology and know-how
Based on ACCUNIQ's technology and know-how, about 100,000 in Korea and 50,000 overseas automatic blood pressure monitors are supplied to universities, general hospitals, clinics, oriental medicine clinics, nursing homes, public health centers, sports centers, government offices, schools, banks, subways, and resting facilities.
ACCUNIQ blood pressure monitor pressure monitor measures blood pressure in an oscillometric method.
When a cuff is wrapped around the arm, air pressure is applied to the cuff, and air pressure is slowly released, the pressure vibration generated
in the cuff above the arterial vessel is detected and recorded by the pressure sensor to measure blood pressure.
It has the advantages of not causing noise during measurement, a blood pressure measurement method taking care of the basics, short measurement time,
and high accuracy and reproducibility. On the contrary, the upward pressure measurement method has noise generation due to motor pressure during measurement,
so it takes a long time to measure. Also, if noise or movement occurs, the error rate is high, and accuracy and reproducibility may be low.

As ACCUNIQ blood pressure monitor pressure monitor is pressurized with a single button,
anyone can easily measure blood pressure without others’ help, and the measured value is displayed in numbers, making it easy to use.
